Creamy Mango Smoothie is a healthy, refreshing, summer drink. It is a sweet creamy and tart breakfast drink. If you want it as a vegan product, you can avoid the Hung Curd and replace it with Coconut Milk and Maple syrup. Enjoy this smoothie as soon it is prepared. Prepare it only when you want to serve it.

Ice Cubes – 6 to 8
Frozen Mango Cubes – 2 cups
Reduced Milk – 1/3 cup
Hung Curd OR Greek Yogurt) – ½ cup (not sour)
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp (optional)
Honey (Or any sweetener) – 2 tbsp
Blend all the ingredients in a blender till they become a smooth blend.
Pour in serving glasses and serve.
