Custard Apple Pulp – ¾ cup
Low fat Yogurt – ¾ cup (chilled)
Cinnamon (Dalchini or Pattai) Powder – 1/8 tsp
Milk Maid or Honey – 2 tbsp (optional)
Deseed and extract ¾ cup of Custard Apple Pulp. Blend this pulp with Yogurt, Milk Maid and Cinnamon powder to a very smooth and creamy texture. (You can increase or decrease the quantity of Milk Maid or Honey depending on your preference or you can avoid it altogether).
The tasty delicious refreshing Sitafal Smoothie is ready. Pour into serving glasses, sprinkle some Cinnamon Powder. Serve it chilled.
