Ingredients:
Tomatoes: 4
Coconut: ½ cup
Red chilly: 5
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil. Add tomatoes, dry red chilies and salt and sauté for 2 mins.
Then cover and cook for 5-6 mins on a medium flame. Add the coconut and sauté for a minute.
Take off the heat and let it cool.
Grind to a coarse paste.
Done!
