Sweet Corn Sandwich is another tasty and easy to make Sandwich which can be served as a party snack or tea time snack. It can also be served as a breakfast. I have used fresh Sweet Corn to prepare this dish. But, tinned Sweet Corn also be used, if required.
Bread Slices – 4 to 6
Butter – to spread on bread
Fresh Sweet Corns (boiled) – ½ cup
Finely Chopped Capsicum – 3 tbsp
Chilli Flakes – ¼ tsp
Mix Herbs – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Take Sweet Corn and all the other ingredients listed under “For Stuffing” in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Smear Butter over one side of the bread. Spread the Sweet Corn Stuffing (2 to 3 tbsp) on the other side of the slice. Cover it with another slice of the bread.
Grill the Sandwich in a Sandwich Maker.
When the Sandwich turns golden brown, remove and cut the Sandwich into halves and serve.
Mayonnaise can be replaced with any Sandwich Spread if needed.
