This Sandwich is a healthy and easy to make sandwich. It just takes a few minutes if you have Green Cilantro Chutney and boiled Potatoes readily available in the refrigerator.
Boiled and Mashed Potatoes – 1 ½ cup
Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 2
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves – ¼ cup
Amchur Powder -(dry Mango Powder) – 2 pinch
Lemon Juice – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
To make the Sandwich
Bread – 6 slices
Green Chutney – 3 tbsp
Take all the ingredients for stuffing in a mixing bowl. Mix them well.
Spread butter on top of one slice of bread. Spread Tomato Sauce on top of another slice. Spread 1 tbsp of Green Chutney on the buttered side of the bread slice.
Keep 2 tbsp of the stuffing over it and spread uniformly.
Cover it with the slice which has been spread with Tomato Sauce. Press both the slices together lightly.
Slice the Sandwich into four or six pieces and serve with Coffee or Tea.
