Onion Dosa is another tasty breakfast recipe. It is prepared with usual Dosa batter topped with finely chopped Onions.
Idli Dosa Batter – enough for 2 Onion Dosas.
Onion (Medium sized) – 2 (finely chopped)
Cilantro (Dhania Leaves) – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green Chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil or Ghee
Mix Onion, Cilantro & Green Chilli.
Drop a few drops of Oil or Ghee and spread all over the Pan with a cloth piece. Wipe out excess Oil or Ghee.
Heat a Dosa Pan in medium flame. Pour a ladle of batter in the center of the pan and spread it with the ladle into a medium sized Dosa with circular motion.
Spread the Onion mix all over the Dosa.
Press it gently using the flat spatula. Drizzle some Oil or Ghee on the top and sides of the Dosa.
When the bottom side of the Dosa becomes crispy, flip the Dosa and cook the other side also for a minute.
Serve hot with chutney and Sambar.
