Coriander Leaves/ Cilantro / Dania – ¼ cup (Finely chopped)
Chili flakes – 1 tsp

Method:
Heat a flat dosa pan. When it becomes hot, pour a small bowl of the batter and spread it evenly into round shape. The thickness should be about 6 mm.

Press the toppings gently with a flat spatula to set into the batter.
Drizzle some oil on top of the dosa as well as on the sides. Allow to roast until golden brown at the bottom.
Flip the Dosa and roast for just 1 minute.
Remove and serve hot with chutney of choice and /or sambar.
Done!
Notes: Reduce or decrease Green Chilli to suit taste.
Instead of Chilli flakes, Dosai Milaghai Podi can be used.
Try thin Uthappa by adding water to the batter.
