Roughly chopped Musk Melon (Kharbuja) – 2 cups
Milk – 1 cup
Honey – 1 to 2 tbsp
Green Cardoman Powder – 1 pinch
Cut the Musk Melon into two halves. Scrape the center portion and discard it. Scoop out the flesh.
Take this flesh in a blender (or mixer jar).
Blend it well till it becomes smooth. Add Milk, Cardoman Powder and Honey. Blend well again for a few seconds.
Done! It tastes best when served cold.
