Mint Chutney is a great dipping sauce that goes well with starters, snacks and veggies. This particular variety of Mint Chutney is prepared with Curd
Mint Leaves – 1 cup
Curd – ½ cup
Green Chilli – 2 or 3
Roasted Cumin (Jeera) Powder – ¼ tsp
Ginger Grated – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Wash the mint leaves (1 cup).
Add all other ingredients and grind to a fine paste without water. Transfer to a serving bowl.
Variations are possible by adding ¼ cup of Cilantro (Dhania) Leaves to this while grinding.
Black Salt and a pinch of Chat Masala can be added to give a different taste and flavor.
