Potatoes – medium size boiled and peeled – 3
Oil – 3tsp
Jeera (Cumin Seed) – 2 tsp
Green Chilies – 2 (finely chopped)
Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 3/4 tsp
Roasted Jeera Powder – 1/2 tsp
Amchur Powder (Dry Mango Powder) – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cilantro Leaves (Dhania) – finely chopped – 3 tsp
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seed.
When it starts crackling, add green chilies. Stir for 30 seconds.
Add all the powder spices– turmeric, chilli, coriander, amchur powder. Add salt. Stir for 10 seconds.
Add the potatoes. Toss it. Stir it gently.
Cook for 2 minutes. Add cilantro leaves and toss for 2 more minutes.
Serve it with curd rice, roti, chapatti, bread etc. It is a good standalone dish also.
