Egg Pepper Fry

Egg Pepper Fry is a dish which can be prepared in just ten minutes if boiled eggs are available in hand. It requires minimal ingredients. Pepper powder gives added flavor and taste to this recipe.

Ingredients

Boiled Eggs – 3 (Cut into two halves)

Oil – 2 tbsp

Mustard (Rai) – ½ tsp

Onion Sliced – 3

Green Chilli – 1 (chopped)

Curry Leaves – 2 strings

Chilli Powder (Paprika Powder) – ¾ tsp

Turmeric (Haldi) Powder – ¼ tsp

Pepper Powder – ¾ tsp

Preparation:

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Mustard. When it crackles, add Green Chilli and Curry Leaf. Stir for few seconds.

Add Onion and stir fry till the Onion becomes soft.

Add Salt, Chilli Powder and Turmeric Powder. Mix well

Add Eggs to it and mix gently.

Roast the Eggs in low flame. Roast both sides of the Egg by flipping the Eggs periodically at least 4 to 5 times.

Sprinkle the Pepper Powder over the Eggs and mix gently. Let all the Masala coats the Eggs evenly.

Leave it in low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Done!

To make it less spicy, avoid Green Chilli and reduce the quantity of Pepper Powder.
