This is a simple and delicious cilantro chutney that can be used on sandwiches or as a dip.
Cilantro (Dhania Leaves) – 1 small bunch
Grated Coconut – ¼ cup
Green Chilli – 1 or 2
Sugar – ½ tsp
Ginger – ½ inch long piece
Salt to taste
Clean and wash the Cilantro and chop it roughly. Add all other ingredients and grind it to a fine paste with 2 or 3 tbsp of water. The chutney must be thick like a spread if used as a sandwich spread. Make it a little watery if it is to be used as a dip.
