Heat ½ cup of vegetable oil. The Oil must become piping hot.
Take 1 tbsp of Chilli Flakes in a heat resistant bowl. Pour the hot oil over the Chilli flakes. Mix well. When it attains room temperature, transfer it to dry jar or glass bottle and store in refrigerator. It can be preserved for 5 to 6 months in the refrigerator. Use a fresh, dry spoon to take out the oil whenever required.
