Bread and Omelette is the most popular breakfast recipe all over the world. There are many variations in making Omelette and here is one such variation.
Bread – 2 slices
Eggs – 2 Nos
Onion (finely Chopped) – 1
Green Chilli (finely chopped) – 2
Red, Green and Yellow Bell Pepper /Capsicum (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp each
Cilantro (Dhania Leaves) – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Turmeric (Haldi Powder) – 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Take the finely chopped Bell Pepper, Onion, Green Chilli, Cilantro, Haldi Powder and Salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Break the Eggs and pour to the bowl.
Toast the Bread to golden color in a pan with butter. Keep the bread aside. (Bread can be toasted in a bread toaster also)
In the same pan, heat Oil or Butter. When it becomes medium hot, pour the Egg mixture and spread it by rotating the pan. Let it cook for a minute.
Flip the Omlette carefully and cook the other side also for a minute in medium flame. Cook it soft or stiff as per liking.
Serve the Omelette with the toasted Bread.
